Flourishing takes time. Whether in a garden or in our personal growth, lasting beauty doesn’t happen overnight. We can get impatient—with ourselves, with others—but maturity can’t be rushed. Real, lasting growth—especially the kind rooted in love and community—takes time, patience, and trust. At PERCH, we’re creating a safe space where women can grow at the pace they need. Just like a plant needs the right soil and conditions to thrive, women need stability, love, and trust to truly grow beyond survival and into flourishing. We don’t set timelines for transformation. But we do get to watch, with joy and anticipation, as women become who they were created to be—rooted in the love they were always meant to experience.
